These terms govern your use of Only Fitness (the “app”), developed and operated by Solarity AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Only Fitness is an AI-powered personal coaching app. You log meals, training, and sleep, and the app generates coaching reports and insights based on that information and your stated goals.

2. Not medical advice

The app is a coaching and fitness-tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program or making significant dietary changes, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, 6-month, or annual, depending on the plan you choose) unless canceled beforehand. Free trial periods, where offered, convert automatically into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; cancel through your store account settings. Promo codes, where applicable, apply a discount to future billing and do not affect trial length.

4. Free usage

Non-subscribed users are entitled to one free meal analysis. Continued use of AI-powered features beyond that requires an active subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent usage limits or entitlement checks, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your profile, logs, and stored body photos. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including outcomes related to training, nutrition, or health decisions made using the app’s coaching content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
